Loving the Wild Mushroom and Sage Infused Olive Oil!  A simple chicken, sun-dried tomato, and artichoke pasta dish becomes sublime when tossed with this flavorful olive oil.

Use our heart-healthy extra virgin olive oil in place of butter in your next fruit crumble or cobbler recipe. This one's made with our whole fruit fused Blood Orange EVOO and it is delish! Lemon, Mandarin, Persian Lime or even our Butter flavored EVOO would work well too!

Ingredients:
3 parts vodka 
1 part Cara-Cara Orange Vanilla White Balsamic Vinegar 
Try other flavors...the Blackberry-Ginger is awesome too!

optional: Simple Syrup (equal parts sugar and water heated until sugar dissolves)


Shake vigorously over ice and strain into glass.  

For a non-alcoholic fun drink, add your favorite "Smashing Olive" balsamic to a glass of club soda over ice.
