Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil 
From the Barbary Coast of North Africa, this Tunisia Baklouti pepper is rare and unique to this region. This is the only example of this fruity and mildly spicy green chili olive oil in the world. Baklouti chili olive oil is made by combining one pound of extra virgin olive oil with 1.6 pounds of fresh whole green Baklouti chilies. The two, and only two, ingredients are then crushed and mixed to fuse the fresh green pepper with the olive oil. Baklouti adds a new and surprising dimension to salsas of all stripes. This is truly a unique artisan product that has hundreds of applications.

Cayenne Red Chili Pepper Olive Oil
Made at our certified organic mill in Tunisia, this oil is made with whole cayenne peppers crushed with certified organic Tunisian olives. This oil is concentrated and has a delightful aroma. It is “hot-sweet” and flavorful with rich, ripe pepper notes and it’s more floral and fruitier. The lovely color is indicative of the abundant amount of whole fresh peppers we picked and crushed with the olives.
 Use as a condiment to kick up your potatoes, roasted vegetables, in marinades and dipping sauces. Pairs well with Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic, Serrano Honey Vinegar, Pomegranate Dark Balsamic, Honey Ginger White Balsamic, and Tangerine Dark Balsamic.


Blood Orange Olive Oil
As the Blood Oranges and Tunisian olives ripen, we press them together to form this beautiful (agrumato) or combination of whole, fresh citrus fruits crushed with olives. Our Whole Fruit Blood Orange is exceedingly versatile; use it on fish and seafood, chicken, fruit, salads and much more. Enjoy this blended with our Cranberry-Pear White Balsamic Vinegar for a lively, tart vinaigrette.

Lemon Fused Olive Oil
Pressing whole fresh lemons together with late harvest olives at the time of the crush produces our Whole Fruit Lemon Olive Oil. Its light, refreshing flavor is just perfect to sauté shrimp or scallops, or to drizzle on chicken or fish before you bake, broil or grill. This lemon olive oil paired with just about any of our wonderful balsamic vinegars makes an exquisite salad dressing. It is also great on vegetables, in marinades, and for baking.

Rosemary Fused Olive Oil  --TEMPORARY OUT--
Made with fresh wild Rosemary crushed with early harvest, fresh picked, certified organic olives using 100% mechanical cold extraction methods. This fused herb oil embodies the heart and soul of rosemary. It is both complex and aromatic. Use anywhere rosemary might be used. Perfect with poultry, pork or lamb. Spectacular drizzled over sautéed vegetables, mind-blowing with roasted potatoes. Pairs well with the Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic, Oregano White Balsamic, and Pomegranate Dark Balsamic.

Greek Oregano Fused Olive Oil  --NEW EDITION--
Made with fresh oregano crushed with early harvest, fresh picked Greek olives, using 100% mechanical cold extraction methods. Fresh, bright and herbaceous – this is by far one of the most difficult flavors to translate into an oil because the essential oil of oregano rarely if ever tastes like the fresh herb, whereas this cold pressed agrumato oregano is spot on. We are amazed on how beautiful this oil has turned out, it has pulled out the earthy and delicate flavors of the oregano creating an amazing fused oil. Fantastic anywhere you’d like the fresh, herbaceous flavor of oregano. Use in marinades, salads, for bread dipping, brushed on vegetables, with poultry, and more. Pairs great with the Sicilian Lemon Balsamic and Wild Blueberry Balsamic.
